You asked for it and here it is — Introducing our 100% Non-Toxic and Naturally Non-Stick Griddle/Naan Pan made from lab-tested & certified Primary Clay!

Less heat and less cooking time is needed when you cook on this griddle! Can be used in the oven (up to 400 degrees), on the stove (low heat setting), on an outdoor grill, or on open flame.

This griddle features a concave-slope design. If you use oil: apply oil to the edges, and the slope will collect any residual oil in the center, with your food absorbing oil as needed!

Great for searing chicken, baking bread (including making Naan & unleavened bread on the stove), roasting meats, grilling, making pancakes, and more!

For breads, there is less oil or butter/ghee needed – thanks to a naturally non-stick surface! The evenly distributed heat makes sure your breads bake perfectly.

When roasting or searing meat and vegetables, any fats or oils from these will drain to the center so food is not too oily.

Seasoning a griddle is simple & easy, here’s how:
1. Soak the griddle in water for 30 minutes, then drain and wipe the griddle dry.
2. Take 2-3. Tbsp. of oil (olive, coconut, or sesame seed oil — no animal fat) and apply with hands on the surface of the griddle (both sides).
3. Set aside and set the oven to 250 degrees F.
4. Put the griddle in the oven and warm it for 20-25 minutes.
5. Turn the oven off; allow the griddle to cool in the oven. Your griddle is now seasoned and can be used right after!

After seasoning, we recommend soaking the griddle for 10 minutes in water before each oven use.
