In his videos, he talks about the value of using 100% non-toxic cookware for baking healthy breads, then demonstrates the bread baking process, from preheating the griddle to putting the dough on the griddle through to the finish
Brennan’s Sourdough Bread
- 400 grams Flour
- 300 grams water
- 100 grams sourdough starter
- 8 grams salt.
Mix all ingredients, knead for a couple of minutes, then let sit at room temperature while folding it every thirty minutes for three hours. Shape into a basket, proof in the fridge overnight, and bake the next morning.
